I believe my start up disk on my MacBook error has been deleted. How do I fix this?

I’m deleting the hard drive on my MacBook Air to sell it, and I believe I accidentally deleted the start up disk

Hi,

Try to boot in Recovery mode, then reinstall macOS.

How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to install macOS on your MacBook Air there.
