Activation lock

This iPhone 7 first owner was death in bike accident. and the first owner was my relationship.now using this iPhone 7 for me.now this mobile software updated for me in version 14.6. please remove the first owner iCloud account.

I need to removed Activation Lock from my iPhone I had purchased iphone XR from olx platform.i was forgot to remove the iCloud account from the old owner. They don't even provided the bill or box. And they are not responding to my calls are messages.I don't have any bills with me except the phone.
