hi i bought and iphone 12 pro max online and when i received it with activation lock which means its lock to the owner icloud which i do not know

If whoever you bought it from can’t or won’t remove the activation lock, return it and get your money back.
If you can’t get a refund, turn it over to the police. It’s probably stolen.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock. It is a very effective anti-theft feature.
