Apple Watch Bluetooth Disconnecting

Hello! So my Apple Watch keeps disconnecting from my beats headphones when I go for a run. When I start my run everything is connected and I can hear music and track my run. About a mile in the music stops playing and I can’t reconnect. I’ve tried turning off the off headphones and watch and reconnecting and that doesn’t make a difference, it still won’t reconnect. I don’t run with my phone because I have the watch. Is there anything else I should be doing?
