My Apple Watch 7 randomly keeps saying it's connected and not connected to bluetooth at the same time. I don't have another watch. This interferes with a lot of the apps. Tried unpairing/re-pairing, restarting and restoring. No change. Any tips?

For unexplained behavior here is a set of progressive remedies.
First force restart it
i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
Then Force Restart the paired iphone Force restart iPhone – Apple Support even if that seems unjustified.
If that is no help
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch
and then
If no better you may want to unpair then set up without restoring the backup.
You may also want to make sure the software on the watch is up to date.
If you've completed that troubleshooting and the issue is still not resolved, Contact Support.

Thanks for your help. OK. force restarted watch and iPhone. Also updated watch to 9.2. Working normally for more than 24 hrs. Looking good. It would have happened by now.
Thats great, glad I could help. It usually is all that is needed. I have had two Watch glitches that needed the iphone to e force restarted!
