AirPrint uses your printer’s tray settings, meaning the size of the printer is dictated by your printer default settings. Typically if a size of a print isn’t right, then very likely your printer is set to use wrong paper size format or it is set to print photos, not documents.

Hi Rebeccawest,

We appreciate you reaching out to us about printing from your iPhone. Rest assured that we'll do our best to assist you or get you pointed in the right direction.

We understand that you are looking to change the font size when printing email messages.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

Are you printing the email message itself, or just the contents of the email?

If you are printing the email message itself, it is likely that the printed material will be exactly or close to how the email message is created.

If you only need to print the contents of the email message, have you had the chance to copy the contents, paste it on Pages, then change the font size?

Please keep us posted.

Take care!
