Why does my iPhone keeps pausing videos and music on its own?
Every time I try to use Spotify my music randomly changes to another song or it pauses. I’ve tried to reset my phone but the problem still persists. What can I do now?

Try deleting the app and then downloading it again: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Once downloaded and signed in, try to play some songs to see if they continue skipping.
If the issue continues, please let us know if the skipping happens while using headphones or just while playing music on your iPhone.
