Hello, dear Apple. I’ve got a question. Why haven’t you created yet the emoji of the Romani flag? The Romani community really needs this one to discuss the Romani ethnicity. I hope that you’ll create the emoji of the Romani flag as soon as possible.

Apple is not here. This is a user to user forum.
Apple does not determine what emojis exist. It cannot unilaterally create emojis. The only create the images for defined emojis. Emojis are defined by the Unicode Consortium. They decide which emojis are part of the Emoji specification and give them codes to each so all device manufacturers can create the images and such present one when the emoji is used.
