Two Apple Watches share history

So we have two phones one Id and our watches share our activity, Is there any way to seperate them with out starting over with new ID? I hate to loose everything on my phone. Thanks for your help

Activity sync on Apple watch My husband and I both have an Apple watch and iPhones connected to the same Apple ID. Our individual activity is showing up on each other's activity app. Therefore, I'm getting some of his move calories, exercise minutes, and total steps. How do we separate these so that we have individualized data for each user in their respective apps/iPhones? Also, how do I change my name on my watch. For some reason, my name comes across as my daughter's name.

You'll have to bite the bullet,if you share an apple id then this will be only the start of problems to come;
