2 Apple Watches one id

We have two apple watches, and one ID I was wondering if there’s any update on if this can be done right now it’s adding our activities together I would like to keep them separate. Is there any way to do this?

Apple ID’s are designed for a single user. Your best option is to have separate Apple ID’s.
