Hi I've been trying to register my new MacBook but every link I've seen could not load the page. Is there a new link?

Register for what? If you are referring to the limited warranty, there is no registration. It is linked to the serial number. You can use the following to check coverage: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
Also, go to Apple menu > About This Mac > Service (at top of the window).
