Something inside my phone moves.

Hello, when I turn my phone upside down I can feel something hard fall inside the phone, not sure if it’s the phone battery. How do I go by fixing this or know what is loose inside my phone.

Phone turning itself back on So when my phone hits 30% it turns itself of due to incorect battery precentage but when it gets turned off i plug in the lighting cable and the phone (without me pressing anything) tries to turn itself back on and so i cant recalibrate my battery

You cannot fix anything inside, please take it to an Apple Store for testing.
