sharing home videos

I have an 1.5 hour home video that I do not what to be cut into smaller pieces. Is there a way that I can share this video via family sharing, so that my family can view this video without 1. Me having to keep a duplicate cope of the video that is shared (over iCloud). 2. The computer that the file is on has to be on the same network 3. All the devices have to be on the same apple id. The ability to do this doesn't seem so out there, so I am confused why this is a problem. Currently, my family is out-of-state but they want to share this video with their grandparents.
