I can’t activate apple watch bc I need Apple ID and password.

You signed into the Support Community using an Apple ID and password. Have you tried using that Apple ID and password?

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

my phone was stolen that and the phone that was stolen is the phone that my Apple Watch was paired too I can’t access anything from that phone because I don’t remember anything everything was in my notes and also I got a new phone that I went yk Apple Watch paired to it .
