First check the App Library to see if its there. On your home screen, wipe from right to left past all the pages, until you reach the App Library. If the app is there, hold your finger on it until it jiggles, then move it out of the app library and place it where you want.

If you actually deleted the App, open the App Store and redownload it from there.
