How would I go about syncing my 4th generation iPod Shuffle with Windows 10?
When I connected it to my PC, I was able to see it as a disk in explorer, but iTunes didn't notice it was connected. Do I need an older version of iTunes to make it show up there, or am I missing something? it's my dad's iPod, and he prefers using the shuffle over his iPhone SE. Thanks!

Thanks for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand that your computer isn't recognizing your iPod, so we'd like to share some information with you. If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod goes over some steps to try. Keep in mind, after going through the first eight steps, the next steps will differ depending on how iTunes was downloaded.
