If your Apple logo during the start keeps coming off and on constantly, the short answer is, you probably cannot do anything about it, because it is likely the mainboard/hardware issue. You are stuck with a motherboard replacement cost of about $750 CAD (I'm Canadian) as Apple doesn't take ownership when its devices fail after the warranty period.

The long answer is; I had the same issue on my iPhone X. I'm an extremely meticulous person, you cannot see a single scratch on my phone. On the day of bringing my MacBook Pro M1 due to its monitor issue, my iPhone stopped working and I took it to Genius Bar. Thankfully(!) my MacBook Pro is only 4-5 months old, so Apple is presently replacing it under warranty. When I showed my iPhone (the Apple logo keeps coming on and off - iTunes reset/restore doesn't help) I was advised that the motherboard is dead and it's my problem to deal with. It's company policy yada yada, you all know the story..

I had had an issue with my MacBook Pro 2015 too, the anti-glare coat was pretty much melted on the monitor due to a manufacturing error. Because I'm not a heavy user, I had the issue later than other users. When I took my MacBook, I was told that they cannot do anything, because I didn't bring it during the recall for a free replacement. I had listened to the same song by then, the song's name is: It's Apple's Company Policy for its lemon products. I later learned that it was called "Staingate

I have Apple Watch, Apple TV, etc. After all my negative experiences, the Macbook Pro M1 is definitely my last ever purchase from Apple. As a matter of principle, I am not OK to use products of a company that doesn't take ownership, and by knowing that their state of the art products will fail only in a few years, and that I will have to replace them by paying thousands of dollars in every 3-4 years.

It's so disappointing that Apple doesn't take ownership of its poor-quality electronics and there is no credibility. I've never used Android phones, however it looks like I will have to from now on.

Wishing all the best of luck to all current and future Apple users, as you folks have a very frustrating and expensive route ahead.
