Imessage preview icon white.
Has anyone seen this? Apple's suggestion was to reset everything. Hoping for an easier solution before I start that.

We understand that you are having issues with the message preview showing a white icon instead of the green message app. We would love to help you with this, but if you have already spoken to the professionals at apple and they've recommended a reset then you should follow that because they are the professionals when it comes to these devices.
We would recommend making sure your device iOS is up to date running 14.6 and if you do follow their instructions to reset your device then you should be sure to back it up first.
