I bought an iPhone 8. And when I connected to my iTunes it won't do anything it keeps giving me the screen telling me to plug it in in the battery does not appear to be charging what am I doing wrong

If you purchased this iPhone brand new from Apple, there is a 14 day return policy for refund. If you did not purchase from Apple, then the return policy would be up to that retailer.
