Calculator + can’t retrieve photos , app not upgraded

Please help. I cannot retrieve photos from an app that has not been updated with the current operating system for Apple nor can I locate the developer info to ask for help. Calculator +

0 Photos Scanned I have 90,058 photos. I click People and it shows 0 Photos scanned. Been like this since I recently had to log out of iCloud to fix an unrelated email problem. My photos synch with iCloud and my Mac and iPhone. The whole library is showing again on my Mac now that the images have re-dowloaded. Have been running Ventura for about 4 weeks. Some photos taken on iPhone have faces assigned, assume iPhone worked it out. Photos taken on Canon camera and imported aren't scanned. Question 1, how do I force Photos on Mac to start scanning, I obviously can't go through 90,000 photos? It would be highly advantageous if the app showed where it was up to so I/we knew if it was actually working. Question 2, when clicking people it says Photos will continue scanning your remaining 90,058 photos when you're not using the app and your Mac is connected to power. Does this mean the app has to be Open or Closed? As in Open but not being used, or Closed? I've left Mac on for days, and tried leaving app open and closed and it continues to say 0 Photos Scanned. Question 3, I have 338 People with faces assigned from previous scanning. Does anybody happen to know how to automatically put them in alphabetical order? Dragging is very time consuming.

Unable to import photos after upgrading to OS Ventura I have not been able to import photos since upgrading to Ventura. I connect my iPhone by hardwire to the my Mac, but photos will not transfer to my Mac. I have tried privacy settings, turning off hotspot, placing on airplane mode (toggling) and nothing works. I reverted back to Monterey which worked for downloads, but my photos file will not open with Monterey any more. Any ideas?

Save is greyed out when transferring photos to hard drive from ipad trying to save photos from ipad to external hard drive using the Lightning USB camera adapter. When I select the photos and try to save them to my hard drive the save button is greyed out. How can I save my photos.

Here’s How to contact an app developer.

Is the version of the app you have not compatible with the device's iOS? Are you unable to open the app? Have you checked the App Store for any recently released app updates?

Yes, can’t find an update, app states not compatible with new version of ios
