When I make calls from my iPhone 7 Plus both sides hear nothing, voice messages is not working, I can only use Bluetooth ear pieces to make calls all this happened after upgrading to IOS 14.6
I need help plz to solve this problem

They advised me to visit apple maintainance provider at my local city to get my iPhone checked
