When I make calls from my iPhone 7 Plus both sides hear nothing, voice messages is not working, I can only use Bluetooth ear pieces to make calls all this happened after upgrading to IOS 14.6
I need help plz to solve this problem

The final step in that document is to contact Apple Support. What did they tell you when you called them?
They advised me to visit apple maintainance provider at my local city to get my iPhone checked
