Tap to wake and touchscreen

Hello,I have problem with my Iphone Xs.I have been using my Iphone about for 2 years.Everything was fine till 2-3 days ago. But 2-3 days ago the problem started. Tap to wake function doesn't work now.Also touchscreen sometimes works by itself.For example,when unlock screen,some applications opens by itself and enters to different pages. I deactivated and activated "tap to wake" function,resetted all settings,hard reset the phone,but no result. I don't know that anything happened to my touchscreen or it happened due to software problem.

It sounds like you have a touchscreen issue. You can see the troubleshooting steps here, If the screen isn’t working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support and if that does not help, use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to start a service request with Apple Support.
