Z-Wave devices connected to no longer working 4k apple TV

If I have all my Zwave devices connected to a 4k Apple TV, if that 4k Apple TV goes bad and I replace it, What is the process (if any) that is needed to get the Zwave devices connected to the new, replacement, 4K Apple TV?
