My iPhone fails to connect to my watch

i can’t get my watch to pair with my iPhone.

Apple Watch keeps unpairing during initial set up I just purchased a new Apple watch series 8 and began to pair it with my iPhone 12. I got past where it is paired and I tell it which wrist I wear the watch on, and it began doing something else that would take a few minutes and then it starts to unpair. It has done this several times, and I'm not sure what to do. I've shut down each and restarted, but still does the same thing. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

iphone I tried to connect an apple refurb se 1gen watch to an iphone 7with IOS15- minimum is supposed to be iphone 6s but it wouldn't pair. I did manage to pair it iphone 8 but the watch upgraded to watch OS9 . What do I need to do to pair it with the iphone 7 correctly ?

apple watch can a series 1 apple watch pair with a se second generation? every time i try to pair i get a notification that i’m not connected to the internet, but i am. my phone is updated to the ios 16.2
