- Please make sure the ringtone appears in your purchase history, you can check this via the steps at See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store
If you have definitley purchased it, please take a look at Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - this will show you where to find the ringtone.
