Remove incorrect Apple Watch walking award

Hi all,

I’ve been given a walking workout record on a day where not only did I not do a walking workout I also didn’t really do much else.

I’ve read posts that advise deleting the specific data to remove awards but since there isn’t any data for this award (it’s just kind of appeared out of nowhere) I’m stuck on what to do...

Does anyone have any idea as to how I can remove this record?
