Locking audio to video in iMovie

In iMovie, how do I lock an audio clip to a video clip? All tutorials seem to show an old menu option that no longer exists.

Any audio clip that is placed in the audio well immediately underneath the video clip will be automatically locked to the video clip.

You can move the lock handle to a different position, or to a different clip, by holding down the Option and Control keys and clicking along the audio clip. The handle will move to wherever you click.

You can pull off the handle and uncouple it from the video clip by putting your cursor an the video clip and, while pressing down, pull it down to a lower audio well until you see the handle pull off.
