4K HDR Movie Dark Screen With Sound

We just purchased Cruella in 4K HDR

on our Samsung TV through the Apple TV App. It started out fine for 10 minutes then the screen went black but still has the sound. I’ve fast forwarded it through the entire movie and it’s the same way.
