The Conjuring film

I’ve purchased today on Apple TV 23rd August The Conjuring Film when I press play I receive sound but no picture, out of the 280 film this is the only film that does this. I’ve restarted in settings and re booted internet box, this still has not resolved. Any advice please.

4K HDR Movie Dark Screen With Sound We just purchased Cruella in 4K HDR on our Samsung TV through the Apple TV App. It started out fine for 10 minutes then the screen went black but still has the sound. I’ve fast forwarded it through the entire movie and it’s the same way.

Purchased Movie: Sound But No Picture I purchased Escape Room: Tournament of Champions on my AppleTV. I watched the default (extended) cut by simply pressing play, no problem. Then I tried to watch the theatrical cut. The cut plays sound but there’s no picture, just a black screen. Subtitles show up, and the slider when I scroll ahead shows scene shots, but no matter where I scroll to, no picture. I tried turning subtitles off. I tried restarting my device. Everything else on my AppleTV works fine, so it’s not an HDMI issue. What gives?
