iPhone Water Spill

Spilled a glass of water on an iPhone 6s. Immediately dried it. Used it for 2 mins to see what to do-shut it off. Removed sim tray(completely dry). LCI white. Headphone port seemed dry; charging port/speakers mildly wet-diagnosed and dried w a bristle brush gently. Placed it in a dry, ventilated room under a cool fan for 50.5 hours. Has been working/charging perfectly for 24 hrs. No Apple or trusted repair shop nearby.

Should I be concerned about long term damage? It didn't seem as if water entered in, if anything the charging port and the microphone should've stopped entrance. Their internal ends were only mildly wet and quickly dried. Even if it did it had ample time to dry out. After all, its not water, rather the use of a still-wet device that's ruinous.

Tell me some good news, please.
