I need help in recovering my icloud id

I forgot my phone password then tried to reset phone using itunes but was unable to login due to forgotten password if user@icloud.com. I was using same email server of icloud and now apple is sending me verification code on same email whose password is not remembered by me. I need descriptive solution and verified one as well in this matter. Thanks in advance…when i am trying to recover icloud recovery process given me time of 13 days. It said 24 hours before this. I will call customer support will they help???

I would avoid using an iCloud email address as your Apple ID because should there be problems logging into your account you run the risk of not being able to read the recovery emails from Apple required to fix the problem.

The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot. Apple ID Support can only answer your questions. They can't intervene in or speed up the process. The article below has some suggestions to shorten the the time the process takes.

Apple ID - Recover your Apple ID with two-factor authentication account recovery.

The only way to reset it instantly is to remember the password and sign into your Apple ID.
