Carplay sound issues

Anyone else have the problem of the audio dropping out when using carplay? My audio/bass drops out and when using carplay, the only way it comes back to normal is turning ignition off and on.For me its become alot more noticeable since I added amp, sub etc, but its always been doing this since I got my ZS Excite 2021.It doesnt happen when using radio or bluetooth, only when using carplay via usb.I have ordered a wireless carplay dongle hoping it will fix it?

I have already tried all those trouble shooting suggestions. I am able to connect and carplay works as it should. Its just that the quality of the audio drops. Its like it thinks its using the microphone when it isnt, so it affects the music that is playing.
