I have been billed twice for the same amount, for the same app. How can get a refund without losing the app and information I have with it?
I have been billed twice for the same amount, for the same app (Snag-App). How can get a refund without losing the app and information I have with it? When I request a refund on the one invoice a warning sign appears that I may lose all information. I need the information on the app for a project and cannot lose this. I would appreciate any help.
