itunes is informing my device has never been backed up to pc

When I used Itunes my iphone 11 will not sync and will not back up to my pc it will only back up to Icloud

ITunes is not backing up to iCloud. I plugged my iPhone 6s+ iOS 15.7 to a PC and chose to back up to iCloud but it backs up to "my computer".
