can't stream Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc

Apple TV suddenly stopped streaming all video services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime) and the error says there is an internet connection problem. But the router is fine and i can stream on my MacBook. How do i fix it?

I would still try to disconnect both the appletv and router in 30sec to see if that resolved it, it often does
