For months I've received messages that my iCloud storage is full and I need to upgrade. Every time I try, I get a message that I can't upgrade at this time but to try again later. Nothing ever changes. I've made sure my payment method was up-to-date, I've restarted my Mac multiple times, etc. Nothing works.

If your unable to get your iCloud storage upgraded after following the resource below you may need to contact Apple support so they can deep dive into your account and see what the issue is also make sure your Mac is updated on latest OS.
