Hello I never unpaired my watch from my old phone

I would like to use my watch and pair to my nee phone. How do I reset?

Apple Watch keeps unpairing during initial set up I just purchased a new Apple watch series 8 and began to pair it with my iPhone 12. I got past where it is paired and I tell it which wrist I wear the watch on, and it began doing something else that would take a few minutes and then it starts to unpair. iphone I tried to connect an apple refurb se 1gen watch to an iphone 7with IOS15- minimum is supposed to be iphone 6s but it wouldn't pair. I did manage to pair it iphone 8 but the watch upgraded to watch OS9 . What do I need to do to pair it with the iphone 7 correctly ?
