The Ipad pro i have can't find thru my HP computer can You Help

hAVE A iPAD PRO that has screen of death black but the center apple will come up but my home button will not bring up icons ,previously had been playing itune music on its own power and using bluetooth poower went o 30% and i hooked up the device to the speaker to regain battery life,,after it shutdown seen the icons but the music would not uplad my itunes library,,from there i tried to backup restore and it was working and i left it for a minute to come back to black screen,

If iPad isn’t responding, do one of the following:

On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

If iPad still doesn’t turn on, or if it gets stuck during start up, see the Apple Support article If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support. Or if your iPad isn’t working correctly after you restart it, see the iPad Support website.
