Camera lens
On my iPhone 12 Pro Max It looks like a air bubble on my lens it’s just appeared but hasn’t been exposed to water or heat.

Since that iPhone is still covered by warranty, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
