Apple watch I suddenly cannot swipe up or down on my Apple Watch to access torch etc. It’s working fine but it’s almost like it’s frozen when I try and swipe… I’ve tried looking through app on my phone but cannot find why …. I have a spinning circle on screen. How do I get watch to turn on? My watch has the spinning circle. Will not turn on. I recently received message that storage was full so I deleted any appropriate apps.

Try just turning it off and then back on again.
