I-Phone 12 Mini

My Apple I-Phone is not working properly. My wife and I updated our old Apple phones through a Verizon Ad. We received the phones at the same time (either Dec. 2020 or Jan. 2021). We can be seated side by side and she will be able to pull up any site, but my phone couldn’t pull up anything. My phone was bought Verizon and my home internet is provided by Sprectrum. My I-Phone will not load up anything for 3 to 6 days and then suddenly operate OK for a day or 2. It was down from June 23 till June 28. It started operating properly for a couple of hours and then back down again. It also will send a message sometimes that SAFARI can not fine tune server. What is going on with this phone. Is it a bad I-Phone, is it Verizon or is it Spectrum? I’m think that it is a BAD I-Phone since my wife’s phone is fine.
