How to stop random FaceTime group chats from calling

I keep getting FaceTime calls from a random groupchat that I don’t know And I need it to stop because it’s rude to find peoples numbers and make them a groupchat that don’t know anyone to join

Spam FaceTime Group Call Come on Apple! You can do better than this. My 50 year old husband has been added to a Group FaceTime call with a bunch of teenie boppers. This was obviously a mistake in their end and now he is getting annoying calls all day and late at night. It’s out of control when this phone is used for WORK!!! You must do better and have a button to leave a FaceTime group just like you can a chat! Is this so hard? It’s to the point it’s happening too much and it’s harassment!!! Please fix this issue!

block FaceTime SPAM group calls !!! I've been getting !@$**! FaceTime spam group calls at all times of day+night (I now turn off my phone at night), blocking ALL those numbers individually takes time and only one needs to change for it to come through again.. APPLE WHAT ABOUT BLOCKING AN ENTIRE CALL WITH ONE SWIPE ??????????????????? My clients often call me through FaceTime Audio since it sounds so much better than a mobile call, this is really getting in the way....
