Apple Service Program for Swollen Batteries in MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018)

My MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) is not sitting flat and the lid is not closing properly. It has gotten progressively worse over time. I starting looking into it to find that the battery swelling is likely the cause.

The condition and capacity of the battery in the system are good. I can't stop using the computer in order to avoid further bulging and this can lead to a possible fire!

I see that many users have the same issue. Is it possible to run the Apple Service program for this case? How many customer complaints should happen?

Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop in order to provide you with a repair estimate. We had a laptop with a swollen battery replaced for free outside of the warranty period as Apple has some secret free repair programs, but they do have time limits associated with them (usually three years).

Regardless you are risking more damage to your laptop and a possible leak of gasses if the swollen cells rupture.

Make sure to have a good backup of your laptop and then stop using it immediately (unplug the charger from it as well). Get the laptop repaired as soon as possible to minimize any other damage. The Display is also an extremely expensive item to replace if it becomes cracked due to an unrepaired swollen battery.
