Changes to numbers in contacts

In the last couple days I’ve noticed my contact numbers have changed. The numbers now have a dahs in them and they’re no longer recognised as a number. I haven’t done anything with the phone, haven’t changed any settings, it just appeared like this. It has made my contacts unrecognisable when they call or text. Any thoughts?? Pic attached
