I saw an article that we are now finally going to be able to play our saved songs from Spotify when we are not around wi-fi. Does anyone know how to do this? I have the most recent update, and I have an Apple Watch SE, so it should be updated enough.

I don't believe they have released that version yet.
Try again now. It looks like the Spotify download feature is finally rolling out.
