Playing Spotify offline with Apple Watch

I saw an article that we are now finally going to be able to play our saved songs from Spotify when we are not around wi-fi. Does anyone know how to do this? I have the most recent update, and I have an Apple Watch SE, so it should be updated enough.

Spotify songs download in Apple watch series 6 I had a dream of running without any equipment except my Airpods pro and a future Apple watch. Recently I bought an Apple watch Nike series 6 to run without my iPhone 11 pro max. I downloaded Spotify App to the watch, but I can't find the "download" option for offline use. I do not have a cellular watch, but a wifi one, and I want to use it without any network connection. PS: I understand that Apple music does support downloading songs for offline use, so why Apple does not support this feature in Spotify? Please help me to achieve my dream :) Thanks, Roni.

Apple Watch - Can't Download Spotify for Offline Listening I have the newest Apple Watch and premium Spotify account. All software has been updated on both my iphone and watch. Still can't download songs from Spotify - the option isn't available on the Spotify dropdown menu (the three dots) on my phone. Any advice would be helpful - this is the sole reason I bought the watch.

Perhaps it would be best to ask Spotify. You are paying them for their service and the use of their app, so they should know this stuff.
