disabled account
Hello my Apple store account has been disabled for too many refunds while trying to pay back the refund it tells me my account is disabled and I cannot pay but what I own them please help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there may be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.
