Stop Notifications on watch to sign up for Apple Fitness

How do I stop the periodic notifications to my watch to sign up for the Apple Fitness trial? I do use the fitness app but I have no interest in signing up. Thanks.

Hi Bonnie Forman,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand you'd like to turn off notifications for the free trial period of Apple Fitness+. We'll be happy to help.

We recommend to turn off "Allow Notifications" for "Offers" on your iPhone. This may help to turn off notifications for the Apple Fitness+ trial offer from appearing on your Apple Watch. To perform this step, please go on your iPhone and navigate to Settings > Notifications > Fitness > Offers > toggle off, "Allow Notifications."

Please let us know if that helps.

Kind regards.
