iPhone x going crazy!

I am hoping someone can help me. Out of nowhere my iPhone x is going crazy. I can't text or type or use apps or do anything with it because it scrolls screens by itself, opens and closes apps, brings up things from the screen that I haven't even touched and the keyboard is unresponsive. I don't know why this started or how to fix it. I have reset the phone several times and sometimes this works temporarily but it isn't long before it comes back. It's driving me mad.
