Problems with Citrix Workspace and Big Sur

Hello, when I try to access Citrix Workspace I get an error message saying 'unable to connect to service, try again in a few minutes'. Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

Initiating iCloud service is terribly slow. When I try to turn on iCloud the system-busy icon shows up and runs constantly. It has been at least 15 minutes. Is this normal? I have an older MacBook Pro running Big Sur ver 11.6. My internet connection is strong (all three bars are black).

Some services stopped working - Safari, iCloud, Mail, system updates. I'm not sure if this happened after the update to 12.2, or after a few days, but now the picture is that the Internet works through firefox, chrome, opera, but safari gives an error: safari can't open the page because the page address isn't valid. Slack works, but Spark and Mail - don't. Also, I can’t log into iCloud and the system updater gives a "bad URL". What could be the reason and how to fix it?
